LOVED IT! Michelle Pfeiffer (sp?) is great as the smartest of the 3 dark hags. DeNiro takes great risks in a role that could've been a caricature very easily. Now if they'd just make a movie of "Witches Abroad"!

Thu, September 6, 2007 - 5:28 PMI haven't seen "Stardust", yet. I loved the book, and I'm so glad to hear the movie as good as it sounds.
I have an animated version of "Wyrd Sisters". It's fun, but I would dearly love to see Granny and Nanny brought to life on the big screen. -

Fri, September 7, 2007 - 3:21 PMIf it's open to Americans, how about Mary Woronov, star of Rock'nroll High School, Death Race 2000 and Eating Raoul? Haven't seen her in anything lately, but she's reasonably close to the way Granny's look is described and she plays nasty like nobody's business. -
